Returns

Our return policy permits You to return Your item(s) within a 14-day window from their arrival, regardless of reason. Items must be returned in pristine (original) condition, unused, unworn, unmodified, unwashed, and fully intact with original labels and packaging attached.

When sending goods back via Your post office or courier, please ensure that You complete and enclose the return form, which You can download here.

Kindly acknowledge that You, as the customer, must accept the original delivery upon arrival; if You fail to do so and the parcel returns to Us, You will be responsible for all related expenses. You also bear responsibility for all costs incurred for the original and return shipping. You are also responsible for any incurred duties and taxes associated with the return process.

Until the product arrives at our facility, its safe return is Your responsibility. We strongly advise using a tracked and insured service as We cannot compensate for any lost packages. In order to expedite customs clearance, please label and declare the shipment as a return, especially for non-EU cases.

If all above conditions are met, You will be refunded the full merchandise cost using the original payment method used for purchase. Refunds for returned products will be carried out within 30 business days upon receipt of acceptable goods.

Exchanges

You can return Your items for an exchange if, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with fit, colour or else. To do so, please use the return form and disclose “exchange” as the reason of return and We will be happy to provide You with a different item of Your choice and equivalent price.

All costs associated with exchange returns are Your responsibility, including duties and taxes and excluding shipping (which We will cover in the case of exchange).

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to various circumstances. In such cases, You will be informed promptly. Delivery times may be a little longer during sales and public holidays (including Croatia-specific holidays). Some countries, such as Romania, have different shipping costs than their associated region cost due to high shipping rates to that specific country.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Milli Point Two ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped, containing Your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Use it to track Your parcel and inform Us of any unprecedented occurrences.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All item prices include the duty costs, Milli Point Two will cover all duty costs for customers outside of the EU. Generally, the price in the webshop is the total cost of the item. We are, however, not responsible for any other imposed internal tax fees and similar.

Damages

Milli Point Two is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or otherwise affected during the shipping process itself. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save and document all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
