Content Operator / Video Editor

We are looking for a quick-witted, fashion and industry-literate editor/operator who can turn raw visual material into clean, cinematic content in a consistent and timely manner.

DISCLAIMER: this is not a “vibe” hire, meaning that the role highly prioritizes execution, pace, taste, and efficiency. Also, the persona for this role needs to be prepared to work in a highly emotionally-intense environment that will test them both as an expert and a person.

What you will do
• Edit 1 Reel per day (10–30s) from existing footage
• Create 2–3 Instagram Story frames per day (raw, fast, high-taste)
• Build and maintain a clear brand visual archive storage system (folders, labels, selects)
• Create weekly “journey fragments” (30–60s) that later ladder into longer-form /
documentary content about the brand’s development, work, people

You will work closely with the main Creative Director + operate independently day to day to produce:
•fast, sharp Instagram Reels
•behind-the-scenes narratives
•character moments
•over time, a long-form documentary about the brand

High priority (essential) traits
• You can work in a highly emotionally-intense environment
• You are highly versed in CapCut/Premiere Pro/Final Cut/After Effects etc.
• You are structured, reliable, efficiently quick and responsive
• You communicate clearly and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high standards

•You need everything pre-labeled, pre-categorized, prepared to the brim

•You need constant validation to move forward
